This guy is the Scarface of Carcaine, with wild ideas like Big Boost Burger (the only burger joint with a DYNO built inside!) and the not-yet-open-to-the-public PACE Museum, which shows off decades of German auto engineering from BMW Formula 1 motors to VW’s Pikes Peak Hillclimber. But when Scotto sees an Audi RS 2 Avant for sale, will he buy a second car before Ron even sees his?
