  • Discounts & Promotions

    All items are subject to exclusion from sales, coupons, promotions, and other discounts.

    All “NEW” Items, along with Driver collections, limited editions, and gear supporting 43i, are not eligible for discounts

    Non-discountable items can be noted in product description. Please don’t hesitate to check in with us at support@hoonigan.com anytime to confirm eligibility for discount on a specific item.

    All discounts will be shown at checkout.

    Promotional gifts with purchase are offered while supplies last. 

    Please note, we are unable to apply promotions to orders previously placed. While sales incentives and discounts may increase, the the availability of styles and sizes decreases and the item can not be guaranteed to be in stock at a later date. 

  • Shipping Information

    Our fulfillment operation processes orders 9am - 5:30pm PST. At this time our fulfillment center does not operate over the weekend.

    Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and verification. Upgrading your shipping will expedite the shipping portion of your order only. After it has been completed, your order will be delivered based on the shipping method chosen during check out. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.

  • Exchanges

    If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we are happy to assist you. We allow exchanges for the same item only. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@hoonigan.com within seven days of receiving your shipment.

    Exchange Policy:

    Please note that items must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached and received by Hoonigan within 7 days of return authorization.

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on returned items and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please understand that items may not be returned or exchanged in person at The Hoonigan Store, Tire Slayer Studios, or Hoonigan events. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways on an exchange and will be required to provide payment for shipping the exchanged product back.

    If there is a defect with your item, we will fully exchange it and cover the cost of return shipping.

    Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed after submission. However, if your order has not shipped within 14 days, you can reach out to our customer service team to request a cancellation.

  • Wash Instructions

    For best results, Please make sure all clothing is turned inside out so any printed material is on the inside of the garment. When washing, wash with cold water and a mild detergent, and dry on the lowest heat setting possible to minimize shrinkage. 

    While our apparel is prewashed prior to printing, some shrinkage may still occur - especially with larger sizing. We are unfortunately unable to exchange items once washed (See "Exchanges" for more information). 

  • Lost/Damaged Packages

    We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.

    All orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase, please double check your order confirmation email once your order has been placed to ensure the address provided is accurate.

  • International



    CANADIAN ORDERS:
    Our International orders typically utilize Canada Post for last mile fulfillment. While the organization we utilize for our international shipping logistics is working to route packages through alternative routes, delays are and unfortunately will be inevitable. Recent announcements from the United States Postal Service regarding exports to Canada have put a hamper on efforts to source alternative fulfilment and unfortunately will lead to additional delays.

    Packages utilizing Canada Post as last mile fulfillment are staged, ready to export just as soon as Canada Post begins accepting international imports again.

    If you've placed an order with us en route to a Canadian Shipping address - your order has been shipped, and it will be delivered as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding in advance!

    We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Should you have any issues checking out, please check in with us at support@hoonigan.com for help.

    PLEASE NOTE: All prices on our site are listed in $USD, Please check with your financial provider for current exchange rates.

    IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND BROKERAGE FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. International shipping estimates will vary based on location, and are subject to unexpected delays. Your shipment may take up to 1-2 weeks to process through your local customs/inspections office before continuing on to it's destination. 

  • Update My Order

    Please contact support@hoonigan.com for all address change requests and size change requests. Please note, while we do our best to assist with every request, orders are put into progress as soon as your order is placed and we can not guarantee we will be able to modify sizes or addresses before your order ships, especially during periods of increased support requests.
