HOONIGAN FAQ

Discounts & Promotions

  • Some items are excluded from sales, coupons, promotions, and discounts.
  • "NEW" items, Driver collections, limited editions, and gear supporting 43i are not eligible for discounts.
  • Non-discountable items are noted in the product description. Contact us at support@hoonigan.com for confirmation on discount eligibility.
  • All discounts are applied at checkout.
  • Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
  • While sales incentives and discounts may increase, product availability may decrease. We cannot guarantee stock at a later date.

Promotional gifts with purchase are available while supplies last.

Shipping Information

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST. Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends.
  • Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and verification.

No, upgrading your shipping will only expedite the shipping portion, not the order processing time.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Buyers must handle claims with the shipping carrier.
  • Check back periodically for shipping policy updates.

Exchanges

Yes! Exchanges are only available for the same item.

  • Items must be new, unworn, with all original tags attached.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items cannot be exchanged in person at The Hoonigan Store, Tire Slayer Studios, or Hoonigan events.

If your item has a defect, we will exchange it and cover return shipping.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after submission. If your order has not shipped within 14 days, you may request a cancellation by contacting support.

Track My Order

Need to track your order? Your order confirmation will contain a link to view your order status on our store. When your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation. For additional help, contact us at support@hoonigan.com for assistance.

Wash Instructions

To keep your Hoonigan gear in top shape:

  • Turn clothing inside out before washing.
  • Use cold water and mild detergent.
  • Tumble dry on low to minimize shrinkage.
  • While our apparel is prewashed, some shrinkage may occur, especially in larger sizes.
  • Washed items cannot be exchanged (see "Exchanges" for more details).

Lost/Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
  • The buyer must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Double-check your order confirmation email to ensure your address is correct.

International Orders

  • Yes! We ship worldwide to most countries. If you have trouble checking out, email us at support@hoonigan.com.
  • All prices are in USD. Check with your financial provider for exchange rates.
  • Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
  • Check with your country’s customs office for estimated fees.
  • International shipments may take 1-2 weeks to process through customs before final delivery.
  • For address or size changes, contact support@hoonigan.com ASAP.
