Currently, We allow exchanges for the same item only. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@hoonigan.com within seven days of receiving your shipment and include photos of the item you are wishing to exchange verifying that the item is still in new condition with any tags still attached, as well as the size being requested on exchange.
Please note that items must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached and shipped to Hoonigan within 7 days of return authorization. You are required to cover both legs of shipping on the exchange, An exchange will require the customer to provide payment for shipping the exchanged product back.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on returned items. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please understand that items may not be returned or exchanged in person at The Hoonigan Store, Tire Slayer Studios, or Hoonigan events.
Should your exchanged item be out up stock upon arrival of your exchange, Store credit, or a style with a similar MSRP may be selected.
If there is a defect with your item, we will fully exchange it and cover the cost of return shipping.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed after submission. However, if your order has not shipped within 14 days, you can reach out to our customer service team to request a cancellation.
Hoonigan is not responsible for packages lost in transit en route to us.
